Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders $50 AUD and over.

Shipping Rates Orders under $50 AUD are charged a flat rate of $9.95 AUD at checkout.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times Delivery times vary by location:

• General: 7–35 business days

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
