Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders $50 AUD and over. Orders under $50 AUD are charged a flat rate of $9.95 AUD. Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days. Delivery then takes 7 to 35 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Standard shipping is free on orders of 50 AUD and over. Below that a flat rate applies and the exact figure is shown at checkout. Delivery usually takes 7 to 35 business days.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow it any time through the Track Your Order link in the main menu. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to activate after dispatch.
What If My Item Arrives Damaged?
Contact us at support@edenstore26.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund. Please report any damage within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
